Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. Clients are responsible for paying all direct ad spend costs to platforms like Google and Facebook.
All creative work produced by Digital Age Group LLC becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Digital Age Group LLC reserves the right to use anonymized performance data for internal case studies.
Digital Age Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
